Would you like to relax and switch off, but also soak up the sun? Then you are in good hands with us.
This beautiful, spacious, air-conditioned and fully equipped holiday home with its own pool and fenced garden is particularly suitable for families, pensioners and couples. The villa is located in a low-traffic residential area in El Raso and has an excellent view of the orange groves and the salt lake. There are shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk and it is only a 5 minute drive to the beach and 7 minutes to Guardamar, an unspoilt, typical Spanish town with a very nice promenade and beautiful (not overflowing) beaches. Beautiful white sandy beaches with turquoise sea invite you to relax. The popular weekly market in El Raso is also worth a visit. The villa is a 30-minute drive from Alicante Airport and a 40-minute drive from Murcia Airport.
The villa has two large roof terraces this is the perfect place to relax with a drink and watch the breathtaking sunsets over the salt lake. In the paved garden around the house you can also set up the garden furniture to have a barbecue or to enjoy the Spanish sun. If you get too hot, the in-house pool is a blessing. There is also a community pool available.

Summary: Website stated all bedrooms air con but only 2 of 3 were. All german tv channels. Charged electric on departure not mentioned on website. Helga and husband very nice couple. Eaten alive with mosquitos unfortunately. Area nice, good restaurants especially patagonia steakhouse and stan & ollies.
